Letter from the voivode of Czernihów regarding the dues of Luboml Jews from the Jews of Maciejów for etrog
Piotr Miączyński, the voivode of Czernihów, orders Orzeszko, a Lithuanian army captain, to ensure that the amount of 4 ducats are paid by the Maciejów [Łuków, Ukraine] Jews for the delivery of etrog, which according to the two-year contract (2 ducats each year) were brought to them from the Luboml community. The final decision in the dispute was to be taken by the Jewish council and the Crown treasury.
